Bug Fixes

• File become Untitled in certain circumstances, which triggers for assigning a name.
• Untitled file crashes when saving while document was scrolled beyond page 5.
• Saving was failing when new pages were created while saving was in progress.
• Moving notes in gallery could hang the app when a page was missing.
• Title box setting was ignored for file auto-naming.
