Improvements

• Default name when exporting to PDF.
• Setting to turn off auto-save.
• Tap the counter of the page to show navigation panel (when space is available).
• Tap the title to show the rename popup (when space is available).
• Added prompt to select saving folder, to prevent users to lose their notes when uninstalling the application.
