Remove corrupted files that are causing the crash
For the second issue, you will need to find the corrupted file that is causing the app not to crash during loading.
Finding your files
If you selected a store location, your files should be under a folder named Scribble.
If you didn’t select a store location, then your files should be stored in either one of these two locations.
Scrble Ink:
C:\Users\<Your Name>\AppData\Local\Packages\10511ClaudiaWey.inknotespro_9n0kwq747cbjy\LocalState\Scribble
Scrble Lite:
C:\Users\<Your Name>\AppData\Local\Packages\10511ClaudiaWey.ScrbleLite_9n0kwq747cbjy\LocalState\Scribble
Locating the corrupted file
Once you find your store location, look at the files and see if there is some strange file with zero size or a weird name that cannot be viewed properly.
If so, try to move these files to a different location (outside the Scribble folder) and try to relaunch the app.
You can also try moving out all the folders and try to move back in one folder at a time, then launch the app. This should help you locate the file/folder causing the app to crash during startup.
If nothing else works
Ultimately, if neither of those solves your problem, you can try reinstalling the app:
